APEGA regulates the practices of engineering and geoscience in Alberta on behalf of the Government of Alberta through the Engineering and Geoscience Professions Act.
Joint Submission Letter
After years of stakeholder consultation sessions and thousands of member comments, in 2019 APEGA and ASET sent a joint letter to the Government of Alberta recommending changes to the EGP Act and related regulations.
APEGA is reviewing the Engineering and Geoscience Professions Act and General Regulation, to ensure that it continues to protect the public interest and reflect business practices in the industry today.
